If we are managing a property, we will conduct a full schedule of condition prior to any tenant moving in as well as regularly informing you about how a tenancy is progressing. We’ll systematically carry out property inspections and provide you with a detailed inventory report, then conduct a check-out report of the property at the end of the tenancy agreement.
