Nick has worked in the property industry for over 12 years. Starting his career as a viewing representative in Manchester City Centre working his way up to branch manager. It was at that point he decided to launch his own estate agency, Brooke Steel Estates. Nick has knowledge and experience in both corporate and independent estate agents. This means that Brooke Steel are able to cater to all their clients’ needs.
Nick was born and bred in Bury, and currently lives with his wife and daughter in Ramsbottom. He is passionate about the area. Ramsbottom is a vibrant and historic market town set within beautiful scenic surroundings with a great variety of events. Perfectly located off the M66 for the rest of Greater Manchester and within easy reach of Rossendale, Haslingden and beyond.
Having worked for Brooke Steel Estates since the beginning; his passion and dedication has helped create a customer focused freelance estate agency. “The two aspects I love about my job are that I get to deal with my two passions – people and property. The greatest satisfaction I get comes from when you are able to match a buyer with their perfect home and seller with a perfect buyer. It’s the same for finding tenants their perfect accommodation and to find the landlord the perfect tenant. Being able to read and understand someone’s motivations regarding property for me is vital to performing this job well. We are dealing with people at the end of the day and every individual is different. Each person has their own wants. I enjoy trying to understand their needs and moving forward to get the best results for them and us as a company.
He dealt with a high street estate agency when purchasing his current home in 2017 and realised his hometown of Ramsbottom could do with an estate agency offering a personal service without compromise. Brooke Steel Estate Agents Ramsbottom was then launched.
